# Payments & Billing

Plan and billing cycles are based on the date you setup your plan.

In the event of a mid cycle plan change:

Plan Action	Behavior
Plan increases	The existing plan will be ended and prorated. A new plan and period will begin based on the new plan
Plan decreases	Decrease will become effective at the end of the existing plan's monthly cycle
Plan cancellation	Your current plan will remain active until the end of your current period cycle. The end date will be provided during the cancelation process.

# Update Payment and Billing Info

You can update your payment and billing info, as well as cancel your plan from the "Change Plan" drop down menu in the Organizations page. All payment and billing info is handled by Stripe.
